January 8, 2014 · 6 comments

Carrie Contey’s “Your Best Year Yet” workshop is taking place this Saturday and Sunday in Austin! The workshop is a six-hour, kid-free day that encourages individuals to reflect on the past year, identify existing limitations and gain clarity on what they truly want for themselves in 2014. Carrie helps participants create a plan to successfully achieve their new goals for 2014, provides guidance to stay on track and offers effective tools to make it all happen. The workshop is this weekend from 10am – 4pm and is only $35 per person ($60 per couple)

One lucky Total Mommy Fitness reader will win a free spot at the workshop on whichever day they choose (Saturday 1/11 or Sunday 1/12). Just share your goal(s) for 2014 in the comment section of  this post to enter yourself in the drawing. I will pick a winner at random by the end of the day!

My goals are to develop a running routine and run a half marathon. I have not been as consistent since the birth of my daughter in dec 2011 at running and so I have gained weight and lost energy. In 2014, I hope to include that again into my routine so that I can regain the energy and drop the weight.
