Are you in Austin, TX? Personal training is available at Castle Hill Fitness downtown. Sessions are also available at your home or local park. Your kids are welcome and encouraged to join us! Or, you can get a group of mom friends together for added encouragement and accountability. Prices start at $85 for individual sessions. Discounts are available for group sessions, and training packages of 10 or more sessions.

You’ll receive the same accountability, feedback, and motivation without the hassle of having to schedule an appointment and get to the gym for a face-to-face meeting.
This is a very hands on approach to ensure that you stay on track and reach your goals. It includes a custom workout and nutrition plan as well as regular access to me via phone, text, email and/or skype. We will address any issues as they come up that may be holding you back.
After more than a decade of personal training and overcoming challenges that are unique to motherhood, there is no obstacle that we can’t solve together. You will have a partner alongside you for motivation, expertise, accountability, and support.

Small Group Coaching
This group consists of people who are committed to reaching their goals. It requires a 3 month commitment to ensure that you see real change. You will receive regular guidance and accountability to optimize your diet and workouts, preventing you from wasting your time and keep you on track with a program that works.
You will have access to members only content and monthly group phone calls to ask questions and get help overcoming obstacles. Plus, a private group page for Q&A and support.

One on One Coaching
One on one coaching is personal training, encouragement and accountability. It includes a customized workout and diet plan plus regular communication via phone, email, text and/or skype to keep you on the right track. Each month we will review and finetune your exercise and nutrition program so you will continue to see results and stay motivated.
Space is very limited. You will be added to a waiting list, and you will not be charged until a spot is open.
