Are you in Austin, TX? Personal training is available at Castle Hill Fitness downtown. Sessions are also available at your home or local park. Your kids are welcome and encouraged to join us! Or, you can get a group of mom friends together for added encouragement and accountability. Prices start at $75 for individual sessions.
Working with a trainer online is not only more affordable than traditional training, but more importantly, it’s flexible which will save time! Do it on your own terms and your own schedule. You’ll receive the same accountability, feedback, and motivation without the hassle of having to schedule an appointment and get to the gym for a face-to-face meeting.
Every member will receive member’s only content, ebooks about pregnancy exercise, prenatal nutrition, postpartum weight loss, and more!
Monthly Custom Designed Workout Program: $25/month
With this option you will receive a personalized exercise program built for you. The workout will consider your specific goals, needs, injuries, motivation, schedule, etc. It can be designed for pre-pregnancy, prenatal fitness, postpartum rehab, or a quick and effective routine if you are a busy mom in the thick of motherhood.
Monthly Custom Workout and Nutritional Counseling: $59/month
Receive personalized workouts plus access to me, Tatum, to ask your workout and nutrition questions each month. We will come up with a nutrition plan that works for you based on what you are currently eating, and what is realistic for you and your family. No extreme dieting or cookie cutter programs.
All Access Program: $139/month
This program is a very hands on approach to ensure that you stay on track and reach your goals. It includes the workout plan and nutritional counseling described in the previous options as well as regular access to me via phone, text, email. We will address any issues as they come up that may be holding you back.
After more than a decade of personal training and overcoming challenges that are unique to motherhood, there is no obstacle that we can’t solve together. For less than the cost of a couple training sessions each month you will have a partner along side you for motivation, expertise, accountability, and ongoing support.
This is a select group, and only women who are serious about reaching their fitness goals should apply. It may not be the best fit for everyone.
