Looking for some weight loss motivation… err, Mamavation? You have to check out this site! I just read “Let the Losing Begin!”, and I’m inspired. Tina Kelley (@Madhattermom) is sharing her weight loss journey with admirable transparency that I think will motivate and inspire other moms to follow her lead.
Her goal is to lose 25lbs, and she is using a family vacation to Hawaii in November as motivation to stay on track. I think that is a great plan! Have you set an achievable goal?
